The collection consists of a scrapbook containing 67 menus, invitations, and programmes of events such as mess dinners, shipboard dining, charitable variety shows, Association reunion banquets, and Trooping ceremonies. Materials are dated 1915-1964. Many of the menus were autographed by those present. Also includes a few Christmas cards of the Regiment and regimental personalities.

Edwin Chester Hicks fonds

The fonds consists of an album of photographs and a few souvenirs documenting the military career of Edwin Chester Hicks. Included are pictures of PPCLI training on Vancouver Island, in garrisons in Scotland and southern England, and in the field in Italy. Some photos are annotated with the names of Hick's friends. Includes samples of military currency used in Italy.

Glenn W. Nordick fonds

The fonds consists of a report by LCol Nordick of his expedition to the battlefields of Kuwait immediately after the Gulf War to acquire artifacts for the Princess Patricia's Canadian Light Infantry Regimental Museum and Archives; and photographs documenting the expedition, including one showing (then) Major Nordick.

PPCLI Colonels of the Regiment photo collection

The honorary title of Colonel of the Regiment (CoR) of Princess Patricia’s Canadian Light Infantry (PPCLI) was initiated by the Regimental Executive Committee (REC) in October 1958, with permission of Army Headquarters. The title was limited to serving or retired officers of PPCLI holding the rank of Colonel or higher. The CoR participated in parades and other ceremonies, and was an ex officio member of the REC. The founder of the Regiment, Brigadier-General A. Hamilton Gault, was the first to hold the title, however, he died in the same month as his appointment, November 1958. He was succeeded by Major-General Cameron Bethel Ware, who held the title from 1959 to 1977. Thereafter, Colonels of the Regiment were appointed for 3-year terms, which could be renewed once. The collection consists of formal portraits of Colonels of the Regiment, and photos of them in ceremonial and other situations. The photos are grouped into series by their names in consecutive order: Cameron Bethel Ware, George Grenville Brown, William Benjamin Scott Sutherland, Reginald Stuart Graham, Herbert Chesley Pitts, C. William Hewson, A.J.G.D. de Chastelain, Robert I. Stewart, J.E.L. Gollner, Raymond R. Crabbe, W. Brian Vernon, Vincent W. Kennedy. Includes Col. Sutherland's collection of historical photos.

William M. Summersgill fonds

The fonds consists of the pages from a scrapbook which documents Bill Summersgill's service in the 2nd Battalion, PPCLI. Includes a series of photos of parachute training, Canadian Joint Air Training Centre, Rivers, Manitoba (April 1957). Includes newsclippings, programs, invitations, and tickets for ceremonial events, such as Trooping the Colour, Army Day in Edmonton, Pachino Day, Lady Patricia Ramsay's birthday, the visit of Hamilton Gault (June 1958), Beating Retreat, Kapyong Day, and Sports Day in Camp Wainwright. Includes newsclippings and souvenir leaflets documenting military exercises, such as Ex Hotfoot, Ex Assiniboine, Ex Bulldog IV, Ex Quick Thought, Ex Snowbird, Ex Trojan Horse, Ex Thunderbird, and Ex Snow Chinthe II.

The fonds consists of copies of 8 pages from Cecil Simpson's notebook containing a chronology of his military service and nominal roll of 6 Platoon; uncaptioned photographs (copied from the original negatives) of Simpson, his wife, comrades, and family members; and copies of two items of French and Canadian currency autographed by Simpson and comrades.
