The fonds consists of standing orders for Exercise Haines II (1948), a nominal roll of participants in Ex Haines II, standing orders for Exercise Cougar, a tactical exercise without troops (TEWT) (1957), correspondence regarding insurance for Andrew Osland's home (1959), a résumé of his qualifications as a boxing official (ca. 1960), and documents such as expense claims related to his role as liaison with the Canadian Rangers (1961-1962).

The collection consists of 29 photos of Royal Australian Regiment training (1982); the Regimental Standing Orders (1983-1984); Duty First, the magazine of the Royal Australian Regiment Association (1992-2000, scattered issues); Kapyong Kronicle, the annual magazine of the 3rd Battalion of the Regiment (1998, 2000); and The Ram, magazine of the 8th/9th Battalion of the Regiment (1988).

Andrew Hamilton Gault photograph collection
The collection consists of photographs of Andrew Hamilton Gault, the founder of Princess Patricia's Canadian Light Infantry, at various stages of his life. Includes photos of his funeral procession and a memorial statue.
The fonds consists predominantly of two scrapbooks, containing portraits, snapshots, newsclippings, letters, speeches, and souvenirs documenting George S. Currie's military, professional, business, civic, and civil service careers, and his family and social life. Also included is a copy of the McGill Daily (3 November 1916) containing news of the achievements and casualties of McGill men serving overseas; the certificate of his investiture in the Order of St. Michael and St. George, a caricature of "Little George", samples of safe conduct passes issued by the Allied forces ca. 1945. Items in Collection 1, file 31(15)-3 include his commission, correspondence, invitations and dance cards. Items in Collection 1, files 31(21)-15 include correspondence, speeches , diary (1941), officer's record of service book.

PPCLI Museum scrap book collection
The collection consists of custom-bound volumes apparently intended for browsing by visitors to the Princess Patricia's Canadian Light Infantry Regimental Museum during its early years (ca. 1953-1966). They consist predominantly of textual records, including newsclippings, correspondence, programs, tickets, songbooks, photographs, scripts for comedy sketches, and Mess standing orders.
Loyal Edmonton Regiment collection
The collection consists of the Loyal Edmonton Regiment's war diary for May-September 1944; a poster commemorating its 75th anniversary (1990); a recruiting brochure (ca. 2000); information on the naming of geographical features of the Edmonton housing development Village at Griesbach; and programs for regimental parades (2007, 2008).
