The fonds contains some of BAJ Franklin's personal and family papers, subject files, manuscripts, newsletters, self-published pamphlets, files on individual Korean War veterans, scrapbooks, visual material, and military manuals compiled or collected by BAJ Franklin including photographs, nominal rolls, personal accounts, and news articles covering many diverse topics such as the Korean War, Korean Voluntary Service Medal, the First Canadian Parachute Battalion, Special Air Service Company, parachute training, training exercises, military discipline and dress, troopings and parades, the Princess Patricia's Canadian Light Infantry Band, arms training, turbans, women in combat, base closures, and training accidents.
